Usage Guide of Yoyakunow Services

1. Pre-order and Payment sent of the the items you wish to purchase by adding to your cart and checkout

2. Confirmation of Pre-order from the Japanese Manufacturer or Distributor
We will confirm to you the product reservation with the Japanese Manufacturer or Distributor at the day the Japanese Manufacturer or Distributor receive your payment.

If the Japanese Manufacturer or Distributor has not received your payment, you can cancel your purchase with us at anytime!

3. Confirmation of receipt of your items from the Japanese Manufacturer or Distributor
We will confirm to you the arrival of your items to our facilities, and await for your shipping instructions.

4. Specify the shipping method and shipping Date
Please let us know your shipping address, your preferred shipping method and shipping date from our facilities.

6.Payment for International Shipping Charges
We will pack your order and send you an invoice for international postage from Japan to your address as soon as the weight is determined.

7.Product Shipping
After confirming the payment, we will proceed to ship the package to the address specified by the customer. Please wait for a while until your package arrives.
(The number of days it takes to arrive will vary greatly depending on the shipping method.)

Special Shipping Requests ✈️

It can be accepted special shipping requests, when written on the order comment or by contacting us, regarding extra protection material used (extra fee might be requested) or estimated shipping fees, we are open to receive your requests, because everyone is unique and we offer a personalized service.

Customers may be required to pay customs fees when receiving foreign shipments.
(unless the destination country is USA)
While we sympathize with customers who are required to pay customs taxes on shipments, it is against Japanese law for us to mark items as "Gift" or write lower values for items and we are therefore unable to comply with any requests to do so.
Yoyakunow unfortunately has no control over any fees/taxes levied by your country's government.
We are by law unable to undervalue shipments or mark them as "Gift", and therefore cannot fulfill any such requests to do so. Please be aware of the matter before placing any orders.
Please note that some countries may require parcels to be opened for customs inspection. Our store cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by customs officials, and we are unable to provide compensation or replacements for any items lost, seized, or damaged during the inspection.
