Thank you for visiting Yoyakunow. We would like to inform you of the following schedule for business during the year-end and New Year's holidays. Last shipment day of the year: 26 December 2024 Closed: 27 December 2024 - 5 January 2025 New Year's opening date: 6 January 2025 Please note that during the New Year holiday period, orders will be confirmed, enquiries will be handled and products will be shipped in order from the start of the new year.

【年末年始の営業についてのお知らせ】いつもYoyakunowをご利用いただきありがとうございます。年末年始の営業につきまして、下記の通りの日程となりますのでお知らせいたします。年内最終出荷日：2024年12月26日休業日：2024年12月27日～2025年1月5日年始営業開始日：2025年1月6日年末年始の休業期間中のご注文の確認・お問い合わせの対応・商品の出荷は、年始営業開始以降に順次行ってまいりますのでご了承のほどお願いいたします。小立良太

For cancellations made within 89 days after purchasing the product, or for products labeled "As soon as payment is received," a refund will be issued after deducting 4.5% from the paid amount.

If a cancellation is made more than 90 days after placing the order, or in the month the product is scheduled for release, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% from the paid amount.

For cancellations after the product has arrived at our company, a refund will be issued after deducting 12% from the paid amount.

If a cancellation is made more than 90 days after the product has arrived at our warehouse, a refund will be issued after deducting 20% from the paid amount. (If the cancellation is due to our company’s error, it will be treated as a company-initiated cancellation.)

For cancellations due to manufacturer reasons, a full refund will be provided.
