For cancellations made within 89 days after purchasing the product, or for products labeled "As soon as payment is received," a refund will be issued after deducting 4.5% from the paid amount.

If a cancellation is made more than 90 days after placing the order, or in the month the product is scheduled for release, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% from the paid amount.

For cancellations after the product has arrived at our company, a refund will be issued after deducting 12% from the paid amount.

If a cancellation is made more than 90 days after the product has arrived at our warehouse, a refund will be issued after deducting 20% from the paid amount. (If the cancellation is due to our company’s error, it will be treated as a company-initiated cancellation.)
