In that case, no refund fee will be charged and a full refund will be provided.
・ If the request of cancellation is made after the date of confirmation of preorder or if the product confirmed "As soon as payment is received".
The refund will be made after deducting 4.5% of the payment amount.
・ If the request of cancellation is made after the item arrives at our shipping facilities.
