Set in the future city of Gotham City 40 years after the main story, 16-year-old high school student Terry McGinnis takes over the name of Batman from the retired elderly Bruce Wayne. "Batman Beyond" appears in Amazing Yamaguchi, clad in a suit packed with futuristic technology!!
The next generation hero born in the animation "Batman Beyond" is three-dimensionalized in Amazing Yamaguchi with a dense design based on the comic version. Terry's slim body, typical of an ordinary teenager, fits the high-tech suit with power amplification function to create unique proportions. The red lines running all over his body also create a new image of the Batman of the future.
By dividing both sides of the chest, the shoulder blades can be moved back and forth, the hip joints are combined with a ball joint and a diagonal axis, and the shins can be moved to express the "flexibility" depicted in the comics by adding joints that are not found in the human body. The movable gimmicks, which Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, who worked on the prototype, have been devised over and over, allowing for powerful action without compromising the body lines!
● The suit has the ability to fly freely with the wings extending from the back and the thrusters on the heels. The wings, with details reminiscent of a honeycomb structure, can be moved by joints, and together with the thruster jet effect parts, you can recreate flying scenes.
● The circular silhouette of the batarang expresses the sharpness of the bladed wings with metallic paint. In addition to the palm, hand sword, and batarang handle, the interchangeable wrists can also be used to grab onto walls or attack with the built-in claws.
